There is no assurance or guarantee that the order placed by the software will always generate profitable outcome. Further, I also understand that there might be delay in execution of the trades by the software.
I provide my full consent for subscribing for the algo services of the Research Analyst and I also understand that this service will by not any means enhance the research quality or guarantees any service delivery.
I am fully aware and understand that the trades will be place in my account through a software based on the limits set by me in my demat account with respect to the quantity, stop loss and other factors and hence I shall be only held responsible for any failure of the execution of the trade.
I do understand that the trades will be executed directly in my demat account based on the strategies implemented by the Research Analyst.
